MIQU is operated by MAISON MIQU, registered in the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

Product Information
MIQU takes care to present product descriptions, imagery, sizes, ingredients, directions and other information accurately. Screen settings, photography and production variations may result in minor differences in appearance. Packaging, ingredients or presentation may be updated where necessary, provided such changes do not misrepresent the product or materially diminish what has been purchased.
Skincare & Product Use
MIQU skincare products are cosmetic products unless expressly stated otherwise. Information on the website describes the products and their intended cosmetic use and is not medical advice.
If you have concerns regarding a medical condition, allergy, sensitivity, pregnancy, medication or the suitability of a product for your circumstances, seek appropriate professional advice before use. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that MIQU cannot lawfully exclude.
Prices
Product prices are displayed in the currency selected or indicated on the website. The price applicable to your purchase is the price shown when your order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious error in accordance with applicable law.
MIQU may revise prices for future purchases without affecting an order already accepted at a confirmed price. MIQU does not engage in artificial reference pricing or misleading promotional pricing.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

The MIQU name, wordmarks, symbols, designs, product names, packaging, imagery, photographs, films, text, graphics, website design and other creative or proprietary material belong to MIQU or are used under appropriate license.
They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, commercially exploited or used to create derivative works without prior written authorization, except where expressly permitted by law. No use of the website grants any license to MIQU intellectual property beyond what is necessary to access the website for its intended purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any other responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
